AMAAD Business Park
Overview
AMAAD is a business park that converges the resources and experiences of the most prominent establishments in the kingdom to foster innovation through an energy and engineering hub spread across an area of 214,000 sqm in Dhahran. With its sleek and modern ecosystem environment, the park is designed to meet the demands of modern society that features a simple yet luxurious lifestyle for offices, residential, hospitality, as well as F&B and retail.
In 2024, BITS Arabia was proudly entrusted with the engineering, procurement, and complete installation of a comprehensive ICT and AV system for the AMAAD Business Park. Our scope covered the full lifecycle of the project, from supply and installation to testing and commissioning, ensuring systems were fit for operation. This included data communications, audio-visual solutions, IPTV, background music, and more. In collaboration with our esteemed vendors, BITS Arabia provided seamless integration and third-fix installation of the IP CCTV system, ensuring quality, compliance, and operational excellence throughout the process.
Project Scope
- Engineering, Supply, Procurement, Fabrication, Installation, Fit for Operation, Testing & Commissioning of Complete ICT AV System for THIRD FIX Consisting of the following listed systems as per Project Specifications, IFC Drawings, ID Specifications and its Drawings, BOQ (indicative only), Approved Material Technical submittal and Detailed Scope of work Covering the Design, Verifying Calculations, Preparation of Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawings, Construction Method of Statement, Quality Compliance, Mobilization, Demobilization, Equipment, Tools & Plant, Material and Specialized Staff (Engineering, Technical & Management), Skilled Technicians, Workers, Labors and Equipment Certified Operators, Certified QA/AC Inspection team and Certified Safety team:
- Communications Cabling System.
- Data Communications System.
- Voice Communications System.
- Integrated Audio-Visual System.
- IPTV & Hi TV System.
- Digital Information System.
- Background Music System.
- Disabled Toilet Alarm.
2. Supervise, track constantly and validate the First Fix and Second Fix activity of Complete ICT AV System & CCTV System to prevent foreseeable delays (or) any kind of re-work.
3. IP Closed Circuit TV System:
- Follow the Engineering Package issued from the vendor.
- Prepare the Shop Drawings & Submit for Approval as part of the scope.
- Install the Third Fix items (Camera’s all types etc.)
- Assist the vendor back and forth in Testing & Commissioning of these Systems.
- The Complete Installation of this Systems will be monitored & Supervised by the vendor.
